Chocolate Explosion
INGREDIENTS
4 Tbsp Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
3 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Egg
3 Tbsp Oil
3 Tbsp Milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 Tbsp Chocolate Chips (rainbow chocolate chips are cool so are nuts)
1 Coffee Mug
Take cup and put flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa and mix together,
Put egg in another mug and whisk well pour into the mug with flour add oil, milk, vanilla essence and chocolate chips mix well.
Place cup on a plate (DONT FORGET THIS BIT OR MUM WILL BE MAD!)
Cook for 2 mins in the microwave starts filling over approx 1.20min...
