Cream butter and sugar until
light and fluffy, add essence. Break in egg and beat until combined. Sift flour
and baking powder stir to combine. Put between two sheets of greaseproof paper
and roll out thinly cool in fridge for a bit then cut into shapes. Put onto a
lined tray and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 190 C. Decorate when cool. Enjoy!
