Plunger cutters are an easy way to add detail to your cookies, cakes and cupcakes. Roll out your fondant, gum paste or dough thinly, lightly dust with flour or icing sugar. Place the plunger on top & press out the shape (plungers are spring loaded). Put the cutter face down on a flat surface and press again for the detail. Lift, then press again to pop the shape out of the plunger.
