Need your order by a certain time? If you're organising a party or need your items by a certain date, please let us know.
We aim to send your items within 24-48 hours of receiving payment, (except on weekends of course), otherwise we will contact you. We will be in touch if there are any issues, and will email your shipping reference details
Freight is either $6.50 for nationwide tracked courier, $9.50 for rural delivery, or you can pick up your order (see 'Pick Up' below). Free shipping for orders over $60.
Rural Delivery - please allow 3-4 working days:
Rural deliveries are based on what the courier (NZ couriers or Fastway couriers) considers as rural. A rural rate applies but this can be avoided by selecting a non-rural address e.g. a workplace or friend or relatives place.
If you have not paid the relevant rural charge, we will contact you, however please consider that this can cause delays with your shipment.
Overseas / International: Sorry we currently do not usually ship internationally.
Pick up is available from The Celebrations Collective, 262 Jackson St, Petone, Lower Hutt. We will email you once your items are available for pick up, otherwise please feel free to contact us on 04 9719710.
At Little Cookies we feel confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If however you are not totally satisfied please contact us within 2 days and you may return it to us within 7 days for an exchange or store credit.
Returned items must be in unused condition and in original wrapping. Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (subject to our discretion) e.g. cookie cutters, plunger cutters, silicone moulds (as used with food). Glassware cannot also be returned. Please email email@example.com to make arrangements.
Please note that return delivery is at the cost of the sender.
At Little Cookies we carefully check over the quality of our products prior to dispatch. in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, please contact us within 2 days at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the item has been received by Little Cookies and a fault is detected, we will refund the cost of the return postage and either; a replacement will be sent, store credit issued or full refund offered.
If you have had a change of mind and wish to cancel your order, contact must be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Please call on 04 9719710 or send us an email to info@ littlecookies.co.nz.
If it has been longer than 1 hour since placing your order, we can offer you an exchange for alternative product or store credit.
